How to ensure warehouse bridge crane safety?

First, make sure the decoupling device good condition. Avoiding collision when using the hook. Do regular lubrication, change the pulley timely when finding the crack, broken, serious weariness. Check the hook regularly, the hook defects can’t be dealt by repairing welding.

Second, avoiding the acute twist and turn when using wire rope. It is good to start, brake, accelerate and decelerate slowly. This can avoid wire rope broken because of powerful extension. When the crane works at the side of power line, it is necessary to keep enough safe distance. This can prevent the wire rope burned out once connecting with power line. When the wire rope touches with sharp corners of building and equipment, it is safe to add wood block.
